Complete an hour’s spray painting. Step outside. Remove mask. Have a cigarette. Curse myself whilst reveling in the irony.
Honestly, what a shitty habit.

Ironic, but not the ultimate limit of things, which would have been combining the two directly. Considering how well cigs seem to accelerate the effects of anything else on the lungs...

You’re not even funding racing anymore!

Well at least you realize it... That being said, I've had to deal with some construction dust in and around my office and have been coughing-up all kinds of interesting things while mountain biking. I can't imagine intentionally doing it.

Ha, When I used to smoke(quit 1 year ago on the 1st of july) I would have a lit cigarette in my mouth while painting. The cigarette’s filter is all the filter I needed.
Then when cough or blow my nose I would see the colour (Color for you Yanks) I painted with for 2 days.

Irony is a difficult word to define but you know it when you see it.

Dear dear, I am but a humble plebian from the wilds of Northumberland. Yank indeed.

I’ve done it before (if that’s not an oxymoron), but alcohol and espresso really are my ‘oh just one ciggy won’t hurt’ poison.

You’re in more trouble with demolition dust. That said, even a basic paper mask wouldn’t hurt when you’re 9 to 5ing around crappy air.

Yeah, I had to quit multiple times until it took.
